ConNetSult has experience designing and implementing identified Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP) SIP trunking.
Designed architecture of SIP solution including:
- Identified ITSP to provide SIP trunking
- Set up infrastructure to provide SIP trunking that is carrier agnostic
- Installed Session Border Controllers (SBC) to provide encrypted voice traffic and prevent caller ID or IP address spoofing
- Dramatically reduced costs by eliminating traditional voice trunking (i.e. voice PRI T-1s and POTS lines)
- Implemented an encrypted work from home solution to eliminate the need for private business lines for home workers where the phone line is always on and there is no need to establish a VPN connection or add extra hardware at the home office besides an IP phone
